The story of Dimore De Luca was not born behind the desks of an office, but from an encounter, a promise, and a deep desire to share the beauty of paradise corners suspended between the Amalfi Coast, Salerno, and Rome, the Eternal City.
More than thirty-one years ago, Milena – now the company’s COO – was “adopted” by the Coast thanks to her love for her husband Carlo, a local from Amalfi for generations. It was Carlo who passed on to her the passion for those vertical landscapes, told her the stories of terraces reclaimed from nature meter by meter with respect and hard work, and made her heartbeat for the traditions of a resilient people.
Yet, Carlo brought more than just historical memory to the project: he left his mark through an innate, refined taste for beautiful things. It is his sharp eye for detail that still guides the care, restoration, and style of our properties today, envisioned as havens of authentic and elegant harmony.
On this land, nestled between the Lattari Mountains protecting our shoulders and the endless horizon of the sea, our family grew. Here, our children took their first steps, experienced the magic of Christmas processions, and the traditional sound of the triccheballacche on New Year’s Eve. Here, we learned the true value of hospitality.

Our brand is the fruit of this vision: a perfect bridge between the charm of an authentic place and the desire for modern, discreet comfort.

A Sensory Journey Through Our Dimore
Today, that family heritage has transformed into a concept of scattered hospitality that centers on the guest’s senses, offering an enriching and unique experience in every location:
- Amalfi and Ravello, the sounds and scents of the Divine Coast: An experience guided by the Mediterranean scents of lemons, thyme, and myrtle, blending with the ancient tolling of monastery bells capable of bringing us back to what truly matters and the value of time passing by. In Ravello, our home is suspended in the blue, featuring a breathtaking terrace where a simple coffee, a fine glass of wine, and a chat with loved ones are enough to feel at peace with the world.
- Salerno, the view and the touch of the sea: The very apartments where we lived when our children were small. It is here that our daughter Fatima used to sleep in her stroller on the balcony overlooking the sea, becoming known to everyone as “the child cradled by the sea.” And it is here that we love to watch the amazement of international travelers when they discover the sea is just three steps away from the house. They call it the “Ocean,” and we don’t correct them: for those who don’t have it right outside their doorstep, that play of light, daily shades, and saltiness on the skin feels truly like an infinite ocean.
- Rome, the emotion and silence of history: Our Dimore in Via del Viminale offer a quiet and secure central location just a few steps away from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, a historic and deeply spiritual place that today treasures the remains of Pope Francis, buried here according to his precise wishes. Right above our apartments are the rehearsal rooms of the Teatro dell’Opera: as you walk by, you can breathe the art and music of the great Italian composers. Rome is the city where two of our children were born, and Andrea, the eldest of the three, works as a psychologist. It is he who guides us to discover the most secret, intimate corners, well away from mass tourism. Our goal is to let you experience the Capital with the exact same depth as a local.
